Another Victory for Our Team EnvoRick!
Our idea again becomes champion on May 23, 2025 in the Carbon Fest on CCDB Climate Center, Gazipur. This event was organized by Gazipur University Science Club in collaboration with ICCCAD, Envolead, and AgroTrends.
We're thrilled to share that our project, under the banner of Team EnvoRick, once again stood out as Champion and this time at Carbon Fest - Agridecarbonathon 2025, held on May 23, 2025, at the CCDB Climate Center, Gazipur.
About AgriDecarbathon - 2025
This was Bangladesh's first-ever Carbon Fest, organized by Gazipur Agricultural University Science Club in collaboration with prestigious organizations including the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD), Envolead Limited, and AgroTrends. The event focused on sustainable agriculture and carbon neutrality pathways.
Our Championship Achievement
MD Manjurul Islam from the Soil and Environmental Science Department at the University of Barisal won the championship by presenting a research poster titled 'Plastic Bricks for Carbon Offset'. His research showcased innovative solutions for reducing carbon emissions and implementing climate-friendly agricultural practices.
Distinguished Guests and Recognition
The event was graced by eminent personalities including Professor Dr. GKMP Mostafizur Rahman (Vice-Chancellor of Gazipur Agricultural University), Juliet Keya Malakar (Executive Director of Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh - CCDB), and Morshedul Bari (CEO of Envolead Limited).
